Cancellation Policy
Wildwood has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
We understand that things happen, but our stylists time is incredibly valuable to us and giving as much notice to cancel/reschedule is appreciated.
If you do not show up for your appointment or do not contact the salon before your 48 hour cutoff time, you will be charged 100% of your service.
Late cancellations resulting in a rescheduled appointment within 7 days will be charged 25% of your service total with the remaining 75% charged at the time of the future rebooked service.
All appointments qualify for our cancellation policy.
You may change or cancel your appointment by either speaking with us on the phone or emailing us, a text is not a valid cancellation request. If outside of business hours, please leave us a voicemail or email us your request to cancel. This policy is in place as most appointments require an extensive amount of time reserved on our stylists schedules and may not be filled upon late cancellations.

For any sort of illness cancellation, the card on file will be charged for 50% of that day's service and that will act as a deposit for when your appointment is rescheduled.
**Our independent stylists policies vary from Wildwood salon policy. If you have questions or concerns, any and all communication will need to go through your independent stylist.
Stylist Emergency Policy
We deeply value the health and wellbeing of our stylists and team. Emergencies do happen and sometimes a stylist needs to step away unexpectedly. In the event of a schedule adjustment on our end, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee. If another stylist is available at the same time and date, you will be offered the change in stylist. We understand the inconvenience that a situation like this brings. We appreciate your understanding when this occurs.
Refund Policy
Wildwood does not offer refunds. If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, you have 72 hours to contact us for a service revision. All service revisions are rescheduled with the stylist whom the original appointment was scheduled with. Keep in mind, some of our stylists are independent, therefore all revisions/refunds will need to be communicated and processed with them directly. All appointments with WW employees are subject to these policies and fees.
Late Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and we can assist you in being ready for your service.
We know that unexpected things happen, if you’re running late please notify us by calling or texting the salon by replying to your confirmation text.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, this may result in adjusting your appointment to a shorter service, in this case your service total will reflect the full amount of the appointment you have scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, this could also result in the need to reschedule your service for a later date, in this case you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
Color Appointments
Upon booking, whether over the phone or online, the salon will reach out to you via text with some questions. We will be asking you your hair color history of the past two years (I.e. box color, professional highlights, grey coverage, etc.), some photos of your current hair, and some photos of what your hair goals are. You will have 48 hours to respond with this information and following that your appointment is at risk of cancellation.
