…but HOW do I become a client?

First off, we are so glad that you are here.

Finding a new salon is all about finding out whether or not we are a good fit for each other, and here are some prompts to ask yourself!

  • Do you favor our work?

  • Do you see yourself aligning well with the kind of work that you see on our social media/website?

  • How does your budget fit into our service menu pricing?

  • How important is location? Are you in close enough proximity to you?

First things first…

Most of us have been to a few salons in our lifetime. The more information that WE can have about your prior experiences, the more we can help get you to where you want to go! While on the phone with our front of house team, you will find that they will be asking you these questions BEFORE scheduling your appointment with one of our stylists.

  • Tell us about your hair history for the last 12 months.

  • What are you LOVING about your color/cut right now? What isn’t working?

  • Photos of your current hair and some inspiration photos of where you’d like to get to with your color/cut (A visual helps us see what you see for yourself!)

  • Patience and understanding that some projects take longer than others to achieve! But don't worry, we are always taking into account your hair health.

Okay…we’ve chatted and now what do I do?

Contact our front of house team to answer those questions and we will get you scheduled! You’ll receive a confirmation email and text message following your booking. Just an FYI, Wildwood does require a credit card on file to hold your booking.

You can also schedule your own appointment online! If you are a first time client, we will reach out to ask these questions before your appointment with us to make sure that you are booked for the perfect service!
